The U.S. Intelligence Agency submitted a report to congress that alleges Russians have lost 315,000 to 360,000 troops that have fought in Ukraine so far, in addition to 2,200 of 3,500 tanks, and 4,400 of 13,600 infantry fighting vehicles. The totals amount to 87 percent of the forces that have fought in Ukraine so far.
